The Altstadt Brewery has it all – world-class beer, live music, Texas sunsets from the Biergarten, and delicious food.

Altstadt Brewery is serious about its process. Their brewery features a state-of-the-art lab and a digital brewing system Imported from Germany. They are one of the few breweries that use both open and closed fermentation tanks allowing them to produce various styles of ales and lagers. They even use water treatment technology to mimic the water profiles of the regions of Germany that inspire their beers.
